Cancellation Policy

When making an appointment with us at Lakewood Beauty, we dedicate the treatment time specifically for you.We therefore ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel, reschedule or amend your appointment. 

Late cancellations and ‘no show’ appointments cost us precious time and money, therefore, if we receive less than 24 hours notice of cancellation we may charge you 50% of the missed treatment cost.

For a 'No Show’, and cancellations within 2 hours of your appointment start time, we may charge you 100% of the missed treatment cost. We may also ask you to pay in advance for any new appointments.

If a part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) booked will remain payable upon departure; as time will have been allocated for your appointment.
